You lunatic, truly free markets are self correcting mechanisms. We are discussing electric utilities which are "natural monopolies". Do you understand the concept? Or are you so lost in your silly ideology that you haven't a clue? I suspect the latter. Free markets are a great idea in the greeting card and soft drink industries. They are the height of stupidity in utility markets. We understood this when Edison was still alive. Now, Southern California Edison is about to be declared bankrupt because of the idiocy of applying free market concepts to electrical power distribution. This is lunacy. Beyond that, it is grossly irresponsible. While "players" like chomolunga love this crap because they can make a buck on it, the citizenry of most of the west coast are being held hostage by a cabal of greedy, slimy speculators. Is this the free market you espouse? Is this what you want? Chaos? Please advise. I have no idea how you can be so infantile in your defense of so called "free markets", which, as you well know are manipulated like hell, when it is attempting to destroy the electrical power market on the west coast. Please, tell me you have a clue. Cause up til now, you have failed utterly to show any understanding whatsoever about what is real, while in the meantime you wallow in your ideology.
