So much for engagement. You see mere dismissiveness as an argument. So be it. As you have done to me, I write you off as pointless to intelligent discussion. This didn't take long to devolve. I've tried to elevate things to a discussion of natural monopolies and the only one you seem willing to countenance is the one that occurs within the wretchedly small confines of the few cubic centimeters of your synaptic orb.
