Spek, Thai Capital's expense ratio is distorted this year, as it has not been that high in the past. I haven't found out yet why it was so high this time, but I have the reports on the way. However, The Thai Fund has a better discount right now, which is odd. What is TLV? Germany and New Germany are indeed different, though not as much as Japan Equity and Japan OTC. But both are still bets on that economy with pretty equal performance. And New Germany has a much fatter discount.
