I am not saying that management will lie. Given that they don't have hard facts that business will slow down in the next quarter, they will not paint a dim view but continue the rosy picture. But look around you, everyone is getting hammered and the street is looking for excuse to sell. For Instance, Adobe: Analysts expect them to meet estimates (which it did) but it got hammered anyways due to concerns of slower growth. Yes, ORCL applications business is up 66% but what is 279 million in revenues for a company that is doing 2.7 billion?? Just keep that in mind.
