<I speculate that you THINK you know much more than you ACTUALLY DO; that you used to work in the field but no longer do and therefore you THINK you understand how it works TODAY and GOING FORWARD but really don't. <

lml, what is your problem? I have not attacked anybody on this thread and I have not made ANY negative remarks about ORCL as a company(go look at the post you cited). What I had said was that the STOCK was overpriced given the overall growth rate, that claims that DB customers meant automatic apps business were not necessarily accurate and, yesterday, that cheering MSFT's warning was not totally logical.

You on the other hand, seem intent on attacking me. Grow up. You ask why I'm here. Well, there's a number of stocks/companies that I follow closely. ORCL is one of them. I used to own a great deal of it and think its an excellent company and would like to buy it back if the price represents a reasonable risk reward.

If you want a board like this to be nothing more than a cheerleading section than you are doing yourself and others no favor.
