Amazing. All this happening on Clintons watch. His timing was off by a few months otherwise the public could blame it all on the next president. <G>

I admit, the drop off appears to have been very swift.
The analogy I've used in the past is the aerobatic "hammerhead manuever" where the plane heads straight up, hangs on the prop of a little bit, stalls and then goes into a nose dive...hopefully pulling out before it hits terra firma.
