AG usually telegraphs his moves quite well. Only thing he has telegraphed so far is a move to a neutral bias.

Since the neutral bias move is already well known in advance- the actual move next week may not have much effect. It may be sold in fact. It's been a long time since we've had such a bad year for large cap stocks. Tax loss selling may be the overriding factor for the rest of the yr.

On the anecdotal front: Joe six pack (co-workers proxy) is truly scared now. He was assured that the market would regain it's footing when the election mess was over. But it has not. I'm going to refrain from calling any bottoms this month. Maybe after the new year..
