What is a Tool Build Slot? Is it something or somewhere that exist at AMAT where they put together tools prior to shipment? If such is the case, then that means that the SOB's that run AMAT are hopelessly out of touch with their own customer's demand and their own manufacturing processes, because they were giving us "everything is great" guidance back in March (1Q 2000). Or else they just lie in order to sell those exercised options.

Philip, I tried to find this Greenberg article on TSC but could not. That doesn't mean I doubt you - stuff has been removed from web sites before. Do you have a link? Someone on TMF also quoted you.
