I have PG&E, but haven't directly received any warnings. I think most of the energy warnings so far have been directed specifically at corporations that previously expressed a willingness to cut power in exchange for a rate reduction.

Bush should scuttle his tax cut and use the money to buy improved voting equipment for all the states. But I s'pose the demos might object to accurate counts?
