I really can't comment much. I think most depends on resetting investor expectations given a slower growth economy. We're in the process of dialing that in. The interest rate action I don't believe will affect this - long term - one way or the other.. this is a process that has to take place over time. What the rate cut will do is potentially support consumer confidence but it will take more than one 25 basis point cut to do that.... and we have to protect the dollar... it'll be a tough. The fed screwed up when the overdid it last spring. OG
