damn did you see MAXM just hit 7 3/4 briefly. I put a buy order in but was short the cash and by the time I calculated how much I could buy the thing was back to 8. Still below it's cash level with no debt but I guess when a stock goes down this fast at the end of the year there are a lot of folks dumping to take the tax loss regardless.

I think the cheap lawsuits are keeping MAXM investors on the sidelines.

Well, those and company specifics and maybe the overall market.
