<ot>Hi SbH - I am a fuzzy math individual <VBG>, 'Weltanschauung' is just another word for 'worldview' to me <g>, no hi minded pigeonholing for me

Godel's theorem didn't stop Frege trying to prove 1+1=2. Of course, although his good friend Russell should ve *emailed* him earlier <g>. The more important point, while I agree with you assumptions should be deconstructed, "expert witness" within the realm of American jurisprudence is far from objective [of course, our esteemed Zeev is an exception to the cynical rule <G>!] That doesn't mean they lie under oath; rather, they said it is their professional beliefs that the other side was wrong. It is like me believing my over leveraged portfolio would rebound <VBG>! Believing them w/o substantiation is no better than jail-house confession [cell mate fingered the accused b/c the former had a deal with the prosecutor.] Or, the traditionalists flatly rejected Galileo's round earth theory w/o looking at the evidence.

Unlike you, I find the incompleteness theory and the indetermined principle etc etc strangely liberating. This is still the best of all possible worlds. We need all the fertilizers we can get to plant the garden <VBG>!

best, Bosco
