it's priced in already.

I'll say; we're down 6% today after an already endless string of horrible days. We're in territory that we haven't been in for 10 years at least. I don't think anybody's predictions are very reliable here.

This is a sign of capitulation to see the Bellweather Techs selling off over the last weeks at such high volume. Here are three things I think will happen:

1) Tax loss selling will be over by 12/29/00
2) Companies will announce share buy back programs at these low levels.
3) Alan Greenspan will lower interest rates by 1/4 to 1/2 point on 12/19/00 or else give indication of such for the next FOMC.
4) Demand for enterprise computing will remain strong
