Let's assume MC buys back shares. Wouldn't today be a good day? What evidence can we look at to infer or deduce that the buyback is being implemented? And, if there is no evidence of the buy-back as yet - then why not? What is cpq waiting for?

And yes, the old buy-back under ep and em was never implemented as far as I can tell. It certainly wasn't after mc became ceo.
