I know that, but in your post you were talking about discounting at malls because of anemic consumer buying.

That would allude to a soft consumer which should then theoretically translate to the housing market.

No worries, I am just bustin your nadz...I too believe that property prices will fall back to some historical mean, but reporting 50% drops in one month for commercial or residential rents is quite extreme and bad journalism.

Quite frankly, it's just not possible.
