TTOSBT, you get the credit. all we can do is live and learn - and you have done that. i hope your pain isn't too bad. you gained some valuable wisdom. many never will and are doomed to repeat the same mistakes over and over. tt, i saw your note about "progress." i totally disagree. the last 8 years of "get something for nothing" rank orgy of speculation is the ROOT CAUSE of today's disaster. NEVER in history have bubbles worked out in the long run. 0 for eternity ain't good odds, imho.
