Darrell,

Had I been one of those folks who bought ACCM near the 52 week high back in April, I'd sell in a heartbeat for the tax loss. If I still believed the company/stock would amount to something someday, I'd buy back 31 days later. And if my intent were to buy back, I'd have sold in the mid November timeframe so I could buy back at the end of December and benefit from everyone else's tax selling.

My decision not to sell for tax reasons are as follows:

1) The loss I'd take is not significant enough to make a big impact on my taxes.

2) Given the first fact and the fact that I'm in long term gains territory, I'd just as soon ride it out at this point. I've been rewarded before for having blind patience. : )
