Jeff, there is an old Wall Street saying which goes something like "Don't fight the tape." If the insiders know that December is a time for tax loss selling, that the sector is out of favor, that there is some selling pressure on the stock that will pass, why shouldn't they keep their powder dry? Also, insiders aren't free to purchase the stock any time they want to like you and I are. I never thought I would see 50-cent stock again. I bought twice in the 60's and am debating whether to pull the trigger again. Regards, Suzanne
