excardog,

I have a lot of orders in, but so far only nabbed 5,000 shares of NSS at $6.80. The tubes seem to be stable here. If MAVK falls back to the $13-14.00 range again, it will be my largest holding.

Also have below market orders in on SMOP, ATW, ESV, GLBL, KEG, MDR, NR, PGO, TESOF and UFAB.

I believe oil will stabilize soon in the $25-26.00 range and establish a new bull market from this level. Once that happens, the perception of an oil crash on the street will change and we will see the OSX re-test the old highs. I don't expect that to happen until Jan-March, but there are a lot of OS stocks that may still get hit with some tax selling between now and 12/31.

Also picked up some PKD, FGH, RDC and WG yesterday.

A lot of techs are looking interesting. AMAT, LSI, CDO, NITE, MU and ORCL are all selling around 10X 2001 EPS or below. I think we will get a great buying opportunity very very soon.

Volume back up on SMOP. It won't be only now. Last chance to load up.

Good luck,

Jim
