It does look like Fidelity lied to me and that you may be correct as I was able to execute an order for 13/32 through Schwab.

Don, yes, 3-letter stocks. if they didn't let you place that type of order, then it's likely due to their systems being outdated.

It turns out that Schwab let me place the order, and even execute it, but it got spit out later and canceled. Schwab telephone rep confirms no 1/32nd's on non-decimalized exchange listed stocks.
