Yes probably a sign of slowdown south of the border. But also, the snow down here is way better than average for Dec. I'm taking my son (he of the blue hair) snowboarding in Tahoe next weekend, and apparently the snowpack there is excellent already. So some of the slowness in B.C. may be because there are more places to ski in the U.S.
