Consider if you can print circuits on sheets of paper.
Size is not as big an issue if you can stack them in a binder... Stack 100 sheets and it is the same as reducing gate width by 10x.

Lets not talk about reliability as low temperature fab means that low temperatures can also change the devices unless there is some sort of high temp step to make the devices immobile... still, interesting stuff!

This was my favorite conference to attend back when I did that sort of thing. FASCINATING technology is presented there.
