Here is something I came across, that sounds much worse than Florida: knoxstudio.com; Joe, Thanks but JohnD beat you to it. I am not saying that everything is great everywhere else other than FL. My point is that conditions are far worse there. Furthermore they have known for some time that they have a slew of serious problems but failed to correct those problems within a reasonable period of time. Makes you wonder how important they thought the needed reforms were.....and what there governor was doing to make them happen. ted
