I know little about him, but from I have heard I think you would be right. He seems effective at walking that fine line between the camps. We are going to need guys like that. Its harder to throw rocks at one of your own, then again this won't stop all the rocks. A certain talk show host today (and I don't get to listen to him much) said that Powell would make a much better Sec of Education. I am inclined to agree, and this is a personal interest of Powell's.
