FWIW - Got a return call from CFO Quoc from ELNT; Interesting Call; he sounded relaxed and cited general market conditions. Of course he also cited Reg. FD, but reassured me that they were no earnings warnings or negative news that I had missed and, if I read between the lines, it didn't sound like any PR's regarding warnings were imminent. But of course that was more a "Gut" feeling that I had, gleaned from some careful phrasing he made. Of course he was very cautious about not saying anything he shouldn't and was very true to that. I know this doesn't help much, but I am an "FD" kind of guy, so thought I would pass it along. Take it for what its worth.
