ahhaha, I have no argument? SCMR is certainly not strong enough to change the ways that the telcos do business. Neither the technology or the management team is strong enough to do that.

It is funny that you think that CIEN is becoming old school since Williams just kicked SCMR out of a piece of a network in favor of CIEN, a company that did not give them a billion dollars in stock this year.

Do you really think that TSIX is going to knock the BOCs out? They are a good company, but they certainly are not that strong.

For a company to go through the OSMINE program is far from an admission of defeat. It is the pursuit of a huge contract from a company that does not need vendor financing and has plans to build a huge A-Z network.

So SBC, Bellsouth and Verizon are going extinct? Have you seen the strength of their stocks relative the industry?

SCMR is avoiding real revenue from companies that can pay and do not need vendor financing.

I will take an NT at this point. they have the product, technology and manpower to produce.

My argument is to throw a relatively small amount of cash to comply with a set of standards that could possibly lead to a truckload of sales.

ahhaha, Despite my arguments regarding Osmine, I do like SCMR for the people there and the technology. I just believe that they are missing out on revenue for the future. tp

ahhaha, This is an interesting article. So far, it seems that CIEN is holding its own.

ahhaha,

I am curious about your view of the carrier space at this point. I can only assume that you have seen SCMR for the hype and sham that it was...

I presently have no clear read on where Capex will be in 2 years (most likely a continued downtrend) and am interested in your opinion.
