I wouldn't use this as a platform to go after Bush.
The Miami riots can take out Bush and DeLay with one stroke. It's well documented that the DeLay paid staffers were the ones threatening the canvasing board. All it takes is a little coordination from Bush and we have felony election violations. Pretty good impeachment material I think.

(need to question Bush about it in a few news conferences so he has plenty of chances to lie )
