i don't think capitulatonis near yet, i think we could rally monday in anticipation of a rate drop. but i dont think the rate drop is coming. fed meets 18th or 19th? either way the day the fed meets should be brutal, as the last bits of hope are sucked out of the market. but capitulation is still a ways off. jan, feb, possibly march is what im thinking. bull mentality seems to come back to investors to quickly when the markets rally - that mentality needs to change for capitualtion to occur
