Well, I am making what I think is a reasonable extrapolation from the basics, but only time can prove me right. You start from the idea that failure is a normal part of the system, so it is only when there is a watershed of oversupply that one has a recession. Reduce risk and inefficiency (they cannot be eliminated), and you make everything more stable. If you can narrow fluctuations to asymptotically approach complete stability, no more business cycle.....
