Limtrex, I believe you are right. I really do think he is targeting the NAZ. I believe he and the rest of the gray beard governors intend to do exactly that.

I think he is truly concerned about the condition of the economy and the condition of the financial markets and the condition of the bank portfolios

FedFunds Futures contracts indicate a 40% chance of a 25 bpt rate cut next week

if Naz vaults prior to Tuesday, Fed stays pat
if Naz treads after these last few ugly days, Fed might cut
