His charts are drawn by Robert Hitt @ astroecon.com. ANYHOW. He see's us in an abc corrective wave 4 (wave a to the recent 3,000 level; currently in b down which looking at channel on his chart looks to be around 2500, followed by wave c up which appears to bound by channel at 2900 or so) followed by big wave 5 down which bottoms in march 2001 around 2000 on COMPX. He does see a rally taking us into year end (that'd be to around 2900 from whereever the b correction ends.)
