Fru: Certainly not good news... They have some deep pocket investors... They'll need some additional investments to keep going... If they get it, the stock could climb from here... If they don't, they will not be able to continue as an independent entity... That could open the door for a merger or takeover... That also could be good for the stock price... If none of this happens they'll close their doors... But, I think, one way or another, they'll get what they need to continue in business... E-Toys is a franchise in the internet toy world... Jim
