I'll be phoning them on Monday. Gist of discussion will be that based on their Q3 results and the fact that oil and gas prices were strong in Q4, they should be showing FFO of about $4.5 million/month from their "old" assets, which is .10/unit/month. I'm assuming that their new acquisition is immediately accretive, but to be conservative let's say it only produces .03/month/unit. That's .13/unit/month, which is more than twice what they're distributing. The question is what they're doing with the rest of it. I'll let this board know if I actually get to talk to someone, and what they have to say.
