Absolutely Dennis. Creative accounting always comes out when the bears rip open the books.

Another factor receiving little discussion is the warning from Chase Manhattan. I'd bet that one concerns Uncle Algae more than any other company.... how does Chase make its money? Loans? Is the world's bad debt being felt here? STT seemed to react to it more than CMB. But if major financials are at risk, am I the only one seeing an enduring red flag here?

As regards Monday, a gap up could happen. But rather than looking for an extended rally, I'm looking for a reversal near 2800....
