"The difference was that FDR,WJC,and AL were bright men with leadership potential. GWB has neither of those qualities........get your facts straight."

I believe you need to get your facts straight. Bright? They don't give out MBAs at Harvard out of pity. Leadership potential? Lincoln wasn't very highly thought of either, and had far fewer credits to his name to show any "leadership potential" than GWB. As to what WJC ever did to show leadership potential, other than possibly leading his fellow Rhodes' in a circle during an anti-war protest, is beyond me. GWB has not only run and managed multimillion dollar companies and a sports franchise, but he has been a great success as Governor of the largest and greatest state in the Union. Which, all told, is more than FDR, WJC, or AL ever did to show their potential before taking the Office.
