Hmmm... I'm not sure either, but I do know that some of the big online brokers like Fidelity restore buying power after an overnite position is liquidated. Who is to say that Cyber's customers are any more of a broker/dealer than the more active traders at Fidelity. Additionally, I'm not so sure that broker/dealer is a correct term to apply to daytraders.

It would be nice if Cybercorp would step in here and cite the chapter/verse on which they rely :)
