Big and all industry folks. Is there any place where I can find schematics or blueprints for a reasonably modern land rig? Maybe even an "idiots guide to an oil rig" type tutorial. You know, with some big and easy to follow arrows, like on the Florida ballot? <g> Or at least with all parts labeled kinda like: # <- Oil Widget: This part does xyz. Etc. I'm looking for a link, a URL. Don't want to build one, just want to make cutesy pictures in my hot shot 3d rendering program. I know what you're thinking; "Bull's got waaaaaaaay too much time on his hands." Not so! Just trying to master this software and an oil rig is a simpler machine than the Space shuttle. Plus the oil rig looks kinda cool when it's all lit up at night flaring vast amounts of gas. My! How romantic! Maybe we talk Maria into taking a beauty rest at Club Dog's oil patch haven? Stuff her face with some Big Earl ribs, some hot enchiladas, Texas chile, and Lone Star brewskie. Hey if it don't kill her, I bet it'd put some roses in her cheeks at least. Skin tight black jeans. 3. A white, loose fitting mans shirt. 4. Black leather cowgirl boots. 5. And last but not least - A pair of cheap sunglasses.
