It's news to me that this person even exists; I've never heard of him or IAC.

My sense is that, given the centrist views of almost all Americans these days, being a Communist or Socialist recruiter is a lonely job indeed. I'd doubt that out of 275 million Americans, you'd find more than a very small fraction that could be considered Socialist or Communists.
