Thanks for the clear answer, but for someone interested in jurisprudence and the implications of this USSC ruling it's a bit unproductive. Do you know of any law commentator who found this USSC ruling a good one (despite helping her or his favourite to get president)?.

It is satirical and punishing. However, there is nothing but truth in the parts about what the Court ruled. As the guy said, read the opinion if you don't believe it. The conclusions contain the part that is hard for the right to admit.

The part where the court said this ruling is good for this case only -- don't use it elsewhere -- is a real shock and absolutely true.
