Will we be able to conduct e-commerce via metering and client-side security? To me, security is only one part of the equation. I want to see recurrent revenues that metering digital content can bring us. Not only would the reader be a security authentication device, but also a meter, just like water and electricity! The consumer makes micropayments to do web-related commerce (games, software, website accesses, etc.).
