Careful now...not sure being reasonable will get you anywhere....just remember the premise "we stink and they don't" and his argument becomes more functional.

absolutely. the most extraordinary aspect of the election 2000 campaign was the willingness of either political side to endorse whatever 'philosophy du jour' supported its particular legal case of the moment, regardless of moral consistency or ethics.

have never seen so many people take so many positions opposite of their traditional philosophy in order to win.

seems like election 2000 was all about
exposing hypocrisy whereever it existed.
and there was a awful lot of it to expose.

There is no question that "hypocrisy and politicians are synonymous", but the point is that Neocon and Co., who today was preaching the fundamental importance of states' rights, had every opportunity to speak out against the Republican position in this case and was dead silent. Neo then waits three days and writes, in flowery and glowing terms, about the importance of it! The work of clowns. The words of hypocrisy.

Up next of ESPN! The Hypocrisy Games! with special guest, Neocon!
