Elwood; The fact that you haven't played golf in the last 45-60 days must indeed be painful. Why do you think I packed my bags and left Michigan? The weather sucks big time except between June and mid September!! But I do return to the upper peninsula each summer to my log cabin for a special kind of r&r than can not be described to those who never experienced northern michigan. All in all, I must say that northern Michigan has among the most beautiful country anywhere to be found. And coming from a guy born and raised in Canada that is saying a lot.
