I believe your correct on the $3.50 - it would be a bargain as the release seems to indicate further increases in the new year. However, the fly in the ointment may be the focus of the new mgmt. The prior mgmt seemed to be commited to the unit holders and right now I can't say what their direction is-ie 90+% of free cash flow to the unit holders or are they building the company and flowing more cash into growth.
Its hard to judge what the buying by Peters means. They may be just buying for clients. However, if oil holds above US$26 then the monthly dist should average between .08 and .12 in 2001.
