I am not sure of exact amount we spend here in NC on each student, but we get $12.34 output value per student. Very sad...

That will be the case here soon when the bonds come due. Gore's wire every classroom? My district contacted the feds about funds. Feds said wire and send us the bill. My district wired, sent the bill..... and the feds sent it back. Changed their mind. Unfunded mandate.
