Where we live the minimum wage is well above the minimum wage due to labor shortages. For a metropolitan area we have not seen the national minimum wage in 4 years. Hamburger flippers are at +7.50 per hour. Almost every area the work force is so short as to be a crisis for many business'.

PS Nobody too impressed with my Schools post?
