Thanks very much for your clarification. I went back and listened to the last part of the presentation and it was as you said. Sometimes Bing is a little hard to understand.

I agree, even a moderate slowdown is already over compensated into the stock price and anything close to the guidance given, they are very much undervalued. Of course this isn't exactly a rational market these days. Thanks again, I appreciate you taking the time.
