My guess is the Jeff Mitchell exercised his final employee stock options after the 1-year long term holding period ended and no longer has an interest in pumping the stock.
Now you are revealing your stupidity. LT Cap gains apply only to the holding period of the stock, not the stock option. And most options are void(ed) when the employee leaves the company. Duh.
