Why are you wrong? You're not. Between your posts and Mr. Sig's comments, you've cemented my feelings about the direction of the markets and the economy. I didn't realize, until recently, the amount of debt the telcos have taken on to build out their networks. That's why I'm exploring LEAPS, because there are some long-term trends here that are becoming clear, at least in my mind.
Biggest risk is volatility, in my opinion. Thank you for your insights.

Re Market
You are not alone, you are singin my song.
Its the year of Hormel and Armour, everyone gets slaughtered, bulls, bears, pigs, chickens and turtles.
I include bears because apparently they have been
profiting by selling covered calls all year.
So I tried that and guess what, you can sell a cc on a $100 stock for $20 profit which seems swell until it goes down to $50 which will give a 30% loss overall, unless one
wants to keep it and risk it coming back in this market?
Nowhere to hide, sit quietly and make yourself invisble
they will still find you and you'll end up as road kill.
Consider the 5 stocks my broker has recommended lately.
Whooooooa- goodby $'s
But cheer up, each day brings a new opportunity,so one can wait -next week, next month, we can watch them on Quote.com + 30, -30. I have a couple that are up 50%, 90%,
in a week. The LTBH are killers tho.

Misheldo, thanks for your honesty. Many of us have been along with you for the roller coaster ride. One important thing is to learn from mistakes. I fooled myself into thinking I knew what I was doing last year when in fact any fool could win big with the naz up 85%.
