I am not an accountant. That said, my belief is that nothing in the press release would preclude having an audited balance sheet as of 6/30/00 and a p & l for the three months ended 9/30/00, a balance sheet for 9/30/00, each with unqualified opinions. Why we don't have this already is a mystery to me. I can understand that when the prior auditors resigned and put their statements under a cloud, and KPMG wasn't there to conduct the beginning inventory, and couldn't reach a comfort level with the controls in place when the beginning inventory was performed, that they would not be able to give an unqualified opinion on periods prior to June 30. Why the deafening silence on when we might receive some financial information? I am afraid that there must be some reason that the company, under the presently constituted BOD, simply, doesn't want us to have such information. Why could that be?
