Thanks for reminder about CLINTON'S 43% OF THE VOTE-----too soon we forget.

Remember % votes are used when it suits for arguments sake.

Another point I would make is---if one were to consider a simple majority,50%plus, being what was required to be elected by the majority---- then, neither Bush nor Gore took a majority of the popular vote. So, either person would be a President without majority supporting.

Not from Missouri, but being a doubter, I would truly like to see physically some of the ballots in question. I find it hard to believe that Gore could have found as many votes as claimed in the recounts.
